Paddles
Advanced Finger Pro paddles are designed based on biodesign. They have a special ergonomic blade shape with a curve at the beginning, to form a swell and glide the hand forwards.
Using this model of paddles gives you the opportunity to correct the correctness of paddling movements by slightly increasing the area and sense of support in the water.
Finger paddles for swimming only cover the surface of the fingers and not the entire palm. This creates a strong tension on the fingers and the corresponding tendons on the inside of the shoulder joints,
thus strengthening the wrists and fingers.
Using finger paddles allows you to get a better feel for the execution of the start of the row and to train for longer periods without fear of shoulder and elbow injuries.
Wide elastic straps provide a comfortable fit on the hands. The surface of the Finger Pro paddles has ridges and bumps to provide a better grip on the hand and prevent the paddle from slipping.
The shape and small size of the paddles make them ideal for improving paddling technique in all swimming styles.
